This bar contains 20% roasted New Zealand hazelnuts; stoneground single-estate cacao, resulting in a soft, buttery texture. The sweet orange and sprinkle of Marlborough sea salt lift this bar to a whole new level of deliciousness. 

Dark Chocolate bar. A slightly hotter roast profile was used to create a more stable base for the hazelnut flavour.

Hand sort, roast, crack, winnow, and stone grind for up to for 80 hours before ageing their chocolate. They then temper, mold and hand-wrap each bar in There little factory.
